OTC.QB -- "a premium venture market for developing public companies"

In the OTC Markets' July 2015 Newsletter, CEO Cromwell Coulson discussed the progress the OTC Markets has made in transforming the "existing OTCQB market into a premium venture market for developing public companies."

Cromwell stated, "Today we can truly say America has a real Venture Market for public companies! It is the market developing companies need today so they can grow tomorrow." and "OTCQB is providing a more transparent, better regulated public trading market for developing companies that are committed to providing a high-quality trading and information experience for their investors."

The Newsletter also highlighted some statistics regarding the roughly 1,000 approved companies trading on the OTCQB.
